The construction of the reinforced concrete foundations and reinforced concrete ground floor slabs was to be carried out in 2 Phases.

Phase 1 was the reinforced concrete foundations work commenced 24th October 2011 and took 1 week.

Phase 2 was the reinforced concrete ground floor slabs machine pits and trench ducts work commenced after completion of the steel erection for the 1st and 2nd reinforced concrete mezzanine floor slabs work commenced 19th December 2011and was completed late January 2012. The 1st & 2nd phases were completed on programme.
